Elixir Construction operates on a pre-construction–driven delivery model designed to reduce ambiguity, control risk, and elevate the client experience. Each project advances through defined phases to ensure constructability, clear documentation, budget alignment, and disciplined execution.
We begin with a structured consultation to establish project objectives, spatial requirements, existing conditions, timeline constraints, and preliminary budget parameters (if available). This programming phase sets the technical and logistical foundation for the entire project.
Next, we perform a feasibility and constructability analysis—evaluating structure, building systems, code considerations, permitting pathway, and site logistics. This step confirms whether the project can be executed responsibly within the constraints discussed.
Once feasibility is confirmed, we draft an agreement and begin design development and construction documentation. We refine specifications, coordinate selections, and resolve details so the scope is fully defined prior to mobilization.
If selections or technical requirements evolve, pricing is recalibrated transparently based on the finalized scope—minimizing surprises and limiting change-order exposure.
With the scope locked, we transition into procurement and scheduling. We secure long-lead items, confirm lead times, coordinate deliveries, and establish a critical-path schedule that sequences work efficiently.
Our white-glove approach emphasizes proactive coordination, jobsite organization, and minimal disruption to your home and routine.
During construction, we maintain professional project supervision, quality control, and structured communication—so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Our curated project gallery is currently being updated. We are preparing a selection of recent renovations, tile installations, structural improvements, and custom interior projects.
